No cloud sync or account system. 3. Information Stored Locally The app may store the following data only on your device : Sleep start and end times. Duration, notes, and tags you enter. Reminder and goal settings. App preferences (language, theme, etc.). You can delete or export this data anytime through the app’s Settings → Data Management section. 4.
